The Bacchus 350 is more than a wine cabinet; it is the heart of your home, a grand statement of a life dedicated to the art of collecting.

The Bacchus 350 was never intended to be just another appliance. It was born from a singular commission: a world-renowned architect, designing his own home, requested "a wine cellar that feels like a bespoke piece of furniture, a work of art that commands a room." He was frustrated by the purely functional, industrial designs of other large-capacity units. He wanted presence, beauty, and uncompromising performance—a true centrepiece for his grand living space.

Our master craftsmen and engineers spent three years on this project. They sourced cabinet finishes from luxury yacht suppliers—smoked oak and carbon fibre—materials chosen for their beauty and resilience. They designed a multi-zone climate system with three distinct temperature strata, allowing for simultaneous cellaring, ageing, and serving preparation within a single cabinet. The presentation shelving is angled and dramatically lit by museum-grade LED lighting, transforming prized bottles from inventory into a curated exhibition.

This is the ultimate expression of passion for wine. It is for the collector who has transcended hobby and entered the realm of connoisseurship. The Bacchus 350 solves the final challenge: how to house a vast, diverse, and truly valuable collection not in a hidden basement, but as an integral, breathtaking feature of your home's design. It is a declaration of your dedication to the vine, a legacy piece to be admired for generations.

Why It Matters

  • A Grand Statement: With a monumental 350-bottle capacity and exquisite finishes, this cellar is designed to be the focal point of any prestigious home.
  • Multi-Zone Mastery: Three independently controlled temperature zones provide unparalleled flexibility to cellar, mature, and hold wines at serving temperature simultaneously.
  • Curated Display: Angled display shelves under soft LED spotlights allow you to showcase your most treasured magnums and trophy bottles as the works of art they are.
  • Legacy Construction: Built with premium, furniture-grade materials and a commercial-grade compressor, this is an investment designed to last a lifetime, protecting your collection as it grows in value.

Imagine hosting a private tasting in your living room, the Bacchus 350 standing as a silent, magnificent monolith behind you. You open its grand door, the interior illuminating your vast library of vintages. You select a perfectly aged Barolo from the cellaring zone, a crisp Riesling from the service zone, and a younger vintage to decant for later. This is not just storage; it is a performance. It is the ultimate home cellar experience, a seamless fusion of passion, design, and preservation.
