We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and all included components. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@winecove.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item. Returns must be sent by post.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
