Our Delivery Partners

We entrust your acquisitions to a select group of reliable couriers, including:

• DPD & Evri: For smaller, countertop models and accessories, offering tracked, efficient service.
• Specialist Two-Person Delivery Service: For larger, freestanding and integrated cabinets, our partners provide a two-person team to deliver the item to a room of your choice (ground floor, subject to access). This ensures safe handling and placement of your valuable appliance.

Delivery Timelines

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you can expect the following estimated delivery timelines:

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.
• Specialist & Large Item Delivery: 5-7 business days. Our courier partner will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Please note, these timeframes apply to UK mainland addresses. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland, please allow for additional time.

Delivery Costs

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders over £500 to UK mainland addresses.

For orders under this threshold, a standard delivery charge will be calculated at checkout. Any supplementary charges for specialised deliveries or remote locations will be clearly communicated before you finalise your purchase.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and anticipate its arrival. Our team is, of course, on hand to assist with any enquiries you may have regarding your order's journey.
